Passionate about computers since I was a child, I have been working in the IT industry for more than 25 years. My objective is to keep learning and developing in my professional career. Since 2023 at Prisma Medios de Pago, I worked for 25 years at IBM and AT&T providing z/OS and z/VM Mainframe Network Support such as troubleshooting, leading and coordinating installations, upgrades, moves, updates and maintenance in Tier 2 and 3. Advanced skills Identifying and resolving network and administrative issues. +3 years of experience as a Professor for Associate degrees careers in Systems Analyst & Software Development, teaching different subjects (Professional Internship / Final Project, Networking Lab, Software Engineer and ICT). +4 years of experience as diving instructor, leading groups, teaching and certifying new divers.
