I started work on .Net Applications Development (C# .Net) during my graduation. My professional career started with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 development. Over the years, I worked on all Dynamics CRM versions, now Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Being a graduate in Computer Science, started career in application programming, however, acquired expertise in project implementation and architectural aspects of the D365 Platform. Delivered several projects in various sectors mainly Retail, Government, Professional Services and NGOs. Across 10 years of my career, I have worked with Microsoft Partner Organizations as a solution provider. Currently, I work in Dubai for a Multinational Retail Organization as CRM Specialist, this is my first job as an in-house CRM expert.
