Local Estates Incorporated was established January 2010 and under instructions of its Directors, is to focus directly upon the housing redevelopment, unemployment and education sector or Miami- Dade County and Greater South Florida in the near future. Those three being their main focuses, Local Estates is looking at the BIG picture; the development of positive households. LE and its affiliates has come together to depict a few causes to the increasing number of violent crimes, homelessness and high school drop-out in cities across South Florida.
